THE
TEAM
The STARBASE Guam team is dedicated to providing underrepresented students with a memorable STEM experience through hands-on, minds-on learning. All STARBASE Guam members have teaching experience, bringing their knowledge of effective classroom practices into the academy while fostering positive and lasting relationships not only with students and teachers, but with the community as well.

Frank is a former 1st Grade teacher with the Guam Department of Education and pursuing his doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction. He is concurrently pursuing his master's degree in STEM Education and is a certified STEM instructor.

The way to Frank's heart is through Pokemon and Marvel; which is why he convinced his team to use call signs that were Marvel characters! This, in turn, shows how much they love him.
